Our hosts Angeliki and Kyriaki are extremely warm, knowledgeable and very hospitable. I highly recommend this beautiful program. Trekked, danced, ate, rested and learnt so much about Ikaria and, without realizing it at the time, about myself. These beautiful ladies taught me how to flow calmly and naturally with life.
